i loved taking communion in this setting. for those that were a part of this time i hope it was a unique and special time between you and God. for some reason the message wasn't recorded so i apologize for those of you that weren't able to be there and may have wanted to listen in.
easter was also a great time as a family. it has been so fun to see God bringing more people to be a part of our gospel-community. we don't measure our church by the number of people coming to a sunday morning, but the cool thing is our church is growing with so many quality people who genuinely love God and are seeking to live for the sake of the gospel.
we looked at the reason we celebrate the resurrection and the practicalities of the power of God toward us who believe. i personally believe there is a lot of depth in the simplicity of the resurrection and i hope you experienced the resurrection in a new and fresh way this year.
as we go through our week i am praying that we will be able to experience the joy of our salvation in ways that we have yet to experience. let me leave you with Psalm 20:5:
"May we shout for joy over your salvation, and in the name of our God set up our banners! May the LORD fulfill all your petitions!"
